Office Manger

This is a great vacuum! In our office there is heavy traffic and there is constantly dirt being brought through the office. Our last vacuum didn't get all of the sand up. This vacuum however did... After two passes with the vacuum the sand was gone, it has actually made out carpets look cleaner. Would definitely recommend this other people. Was easy enough to assemble and was much lighter then I anticipated.

This vacuum is impressive so far. The dirt and rocks that end up on the floor can kill a normal vacuum in less than 2 weeks, but this one is still going. I really like the heavy duty very long cord and that it's much quieter compared to most. I'm not thrilled with the built in brush on the hose. It's really skimpy and I would much prefer being able to attach a brush. Vacuum makers must not use their products or they would quickly find out that the end of the hose should be flexible without the rigid section inside.

Q: Can you turn off the roller brush on this vacuum? I would like to use it on hard floors as well as carpet

A: Yes the brush roller can shut off so that you can use the tools or vacuum on hard surface.

Q: does the beater brush stop rotating when the vacuum is in the upright position and I'm using the crevice tool?

A: The is a switch for that, and also a valve so that the suction goes to the tools instead of the nozzle.
