When I received this item, the first thing I did was hold the two end caps and try and spin the roller (body). It would not spin. Took it to my work bench and took it apart. One of the end caps was not installed properly, and I had to add a washer to space the end caps out slightly to get the piece to function properly. Very poor assembly standards. If you are not good at figuring out why things don't work properly, don't buy this part.
