We gladly accept returns of products defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues within 30 days of purchase. We will also accept returns for incorrect items ordered, and if you have just changed your mind. During holiday periods (December 1 - January 31), we offer a 45-day return window. Product failure after the return window is covered by warranty; please refer to the owner's manual for a warranty service center.Parts ordered by mistake are accepted for return, provided they have not been used. Buyer pays the shipping. For parts we shipped in error, we pay the return shipping.
We do accept exchanges on all items.
Parts and machines returned, used, and showing wear; may incur a restocking fee (15%) if in resellable condition. Items that are not in resalable condition are not accepted.
