Shipping Information:

Most orders ship within 2-5 days. We use UPS, USPS, and FEDEX for our ground shipments. Our shipping points will be from Texas, Michigan, or Ohio.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Full refunds are issued on the following conditions:

1) Item must be clean and in original carton. 2) Retrun Authorization must be obtain first prior to returning. 3) Merchandise cannot be more than 7 days in customer posession. 4) Any warranty issue is to be handled through the nearest warranty station. Extended warranties are taken care through the contactor.
